I'm Lou
I have been leading worship for over 30 years. Now that is a lot of song lists! I have had the pleasure of working alongside incredibly gifted worship leaders and have learnt a lot as I sat under their leadership and training and been released into God's calling on my life. Learning how to lead in many settings and streams of churches has been wonderful but it hasn't always been easy!
I've had to develop both the practical and spiritual skills to lead worship confidently. Whether the setting was large or small I had to learn how to lead my team when I didn't play an instrument, how to understand song keys and transitions, and how to recognize what the Holy Spirit was doing during a worship time.
Whether leading with just one instrumentalist or full band, I have learnt to lean into the gifts and skills that God has given, to work with my team with clear communication and freedom and to grow in confidence in leading. Now, I'm passionate about sharing those lessons with others.
Over the years I have worked with a lot of worship leaders who have come to me for help and I've loved seeing them go through a similar transformation.

What are the live coaching session dates?
The huddles will happen every other Tuesday evening throughout the year. You have 3 months access to these. They will be recorded so if you miss one you can still catch up.
When do I receive the modules and how long can I access them?
All sessions are recorded with lifetime access to the recordings and so you can watch as many times as you wish. If you have any questions when you watch them we can pick them up via the chat in the community or in the huddle time..
